Our services.

  • Guarantee.

    Each item is authentic and as listed. We endeavour to describe each piece as accurately as possible, and this includes high-resolution photographs that form part of the item’s description.

    All items that we sell are either vintage or antique. They are not new and because of this will display areas of wear, a few marks or patina.

  • Payments.

    Payments will be pre-authorised at the time of placing an order. No goods shall be supplied without payment. As our product (s) are produced / foraged / collected in very small quantities, payment will be taken from your chosen payment method when you place your order.

    We use Stripe & Paypal to secure payment gateways; they handle the transaction on our behalf and as such we do not at any time gain access to your full payment method details, except your address which is necessary in order for us to fulfil your order. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

  • Shipping.

    All purchases will be posted with in 48 hours of orders being received. All orders will be sent tracked and signed, and this information will be sent directly to the customer.

    Please note that we cannot be liable for any duties applied by your country’s customs office.

  • Returns.

    If you would like to return an item please contact us to let us know within 7 days of receiving the item.

    Please note that return shipping costs will not be reimbursed and we cannot accept the return of any items that have been altered or damaged.
